Frequently asked questions
Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The Collector tier will always be free, with no time limit. It's designed to let you start cataloguing without any commitment.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted when changing tiers. If you exceed the free tier limits, the catalogue becomes read-only until you either upgrade or reduce your item count.
When will paid tiers launch?
Paid tiers are in development. All features are fully available to all users during the beta period at no cost. You'll be notified before billing activates.
Can I export my data before cancelling?
Absolutely. You can export your collection to CSV, JSON, XML, or a full Archivium backup ZIP at any time, from any tier.
